This signal, although very weak in Eastern Europe during the daytime, does seem to be currently jammed near to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia by a USB signal in that area

Very strong reception here in UK right now. Can even receive the signal indoors. No sign of jamming. Seems to be carrying news reports.

However, currently BBC World service on 15735 khz aimed at Ukraine and Russia is strongly receivable throughout Russia, into the far east in English with no signs of jamming

TIP: The BBC World Service has started using 15735 khz from 1400-1600 UTC to beam into Ukraine and Russia.  Use is made of the Woofferton transmitter site in Shropshire, England, using an antenna array or beam antenna to concentrate RF power towards Russia at 300kw ERP.  Clear reception has been reported as far as Japan.
