Notice to all free radio stations :
send as SSTV the forbidden pictures of war in Ukraine, if your signal can reach Russia

TIP: The BBC World Service has started using 15735 khz from 1400-1600 UTC to beam into Ukraine and Russia.  Use is made of the Woofferton transmitter site in Shropshire, England, using an antenna array or beam antenna to concentrate RF power towards Russia at 300kw ERP.  Clear reception has been reported as far as Japan.

14:00 UTC 12 MAR 2022 - BBC World Service in on 15730.0 kHz AM this morning. Good readable with a nice solid S9 signal.

Flipped on radio at 1358 utc and broadcast was already booming in with the tail end of "Newshour", curious as to what time they came on.

What is actually more interesting is that the schedule and frequency is not in any of the current databases. This appears to be a recent schedule change as of today.

I have the BBC on 5875 now(2116Z).  The signal is not great, but, listenable.  Nice to hear Aunt Bebe.
