I have it with a fair signal(audio with static).  Played Beatles Tune, Because, then into Get Back. 2310Z
2312Z Distorted Voice saying Station One.  Now saying appropriate earth music.
2314Z, Signal getting Better, voice saying something about EM emission on this wavelength.

Tuned in approx 2334. So far 3 or 4 Beatles tunes, with some weird sci-fi psycho racket in the background.  Maybe the worst show I've ever heard on free radio.
Signal approx S9 here w noisy conditions.
