Writing on the spectrum analyser

I am fairly new to this, I saw this writing pop up on the screen earlier today and thought it was pretty cool - the man talking (possibly Ukrainian or Russian Army) is aware of the word popping up.

Any translation or info would be appreciated.

Cheers K1
