Excellent reception

FDR speech from 1940

2304 "....give to your nearest Red Cross branch...."
2305 "...what was taking place in Europe was none of our business..."
2307 "....only by abandoning our freedom.......I do not share those fears...."
2309  "...between 1933 and this year 1940...."
2311 Justifying the need to spend for new ships and planes during this peacetime period.
2317 ".....Air Force should continue to be a part of the Army and the Navy.......now during peacetime..."
2321 Details plan to help expand factories and quicken transportation, wants private sector experts to helpwith expansion plans but not production
2223 "....spirit and morale of a great people....tens of thousands now unemployed will be employed......wages should not be lowered...."
2226 "....labor will be adequately represented in Washington....this emergency requires the consumers be protected..."
2229 slight garbling, then off mid sentence.

At 2302utc saw it come on the waterfall of Barrington Hills IL sdr with good S9+ signal, a speech by FDR pre WW2, FDR talking about assistance to European countries that were fighting against the nazis, X number of airplanes, trucks, ships, etc produced. Thanks for this excellent bit of history. Off suddenly at 2330 mid speech.

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. 2305 UTC: As others have posted sounds like FDR. S9+ signal with slight fading and some noise.
