Time approximate, as I just tuned to this when I saw it on the waterfall around that time. Ambient music. SSTV sent at 0331 (partial due to late launching of SSTV decoder):

0355 rock, 0359 a few words above, did he say "Ray" ?,
0403 yes, again, even an ID, but there  was a short UT burst,
0406 some blues-rock, ID as - -  Radio, 0408 ID again, still not caught
0415 nothing via Twente SDR, Weston SDR not better than home, iD KRF Radio ??,
