1513 being M Ru counts groups of numbers used "razdeł", poor signal
       - unscheduled by Pryiom service
       - it looks like RU "number station"

The word "razdel" = ( / ) is used regularly by RU number stations but also by the military.
Only military units use such calsigns. RU military channels from war zones of Ukraine are drowned out by Ukrainian warriors and hams, and you've just heard it.
Such RU radio activity has diminished greatly recently.
