Stumbled upon this while chasing dx on the ham bands.  I'm recording it as we speak and will post up the video as soon as I can process it.  Fairly loud into NE Ohio, about s9 with qsb.

Hiya Mr. Mike, I dunno, probably some sort of secure communication, but it's even stronger on 24.918, usb.  I suspect it's the same station.
