21:50 UTC - My thoughts exactly. I picked it up earlier both from my location and on the HFU 500 ft Northeast beverage but only as a carrier, no audio;
22:46 UTC - Decent carrier at approx S6 but very low audio. I can just barely hear some music in the background;
23:16 UTC - Station ID: "Welcome to the Vault" then went off the air.

2241 UTC Signal still fading in and out of the noise, but with some nice peaks! Sadly, I do not recognize the last 2 songs played.
