This is the EC (Echo  Charlie) band,
a kind of CB band, but much lower than 27 MHz.

Usually not in the pirate or hobby way, and quite often with fightings on the air.

Generally, to be moved to the Other forum.
(just sometimes, an operator is broadcasting a fine programme, but not often at all)
D/E/F/G/It/Sp : Dutch/English/French/German/Italian/Spanish
+/- : about 0.02 offset, ++/-- 0.03/0.04 offset
