"K" beacon 7039.3
« on: January 09, 2013, 0504 UTC »
I've been hearing this Russian beacon for about an hour now. It seemed to peak at around 0430Z but still there at 0500Z. Signal was a good S5, now in and out of the noise around S2 average.
