New Beacon?

Cacophony tonight of 4096 beacons. The usual nature preserve ones and an... "S"?

About a 1KHz beatnote on 4095, but wasn't dits from the others, as the tone wasn't on the same frequency.

Repeated about every 10 seconds.

1005 UTC.

(as a side note, heard lots of Japanese fishing traffic nearby this freq. about 6 hours earlier... possibly a locator buoy for nets?)

Peace!

Listening around the many different pirate beacons can
render some interesting stuff.
