Tuned in at 2249utc on St-Michel-des-Saints QC sdr with weak S8 signal, hear music with low noise, DJ giving postal address, I suspect this may be a recording of a pirate from the glory days of pirate radio in the 1980's and 1990's,

Too much pesky interference to get a good copy - only hearing bits & pieces

2315 - hearing QSL information, "...send 3 units of postage-  32 cent stamps.. (must be a recording from 1995 - 1998)
2317 - ID given but again too much interference
2318 - gone?
