An odd announcement for the simple reason they optedfor more terrestrial radio transmission earlier this year into Eastern Euroe.

Uhuh, well sir maybe if Nadine were to hook up with them thar Ruskey Kleptokratz for some of that ill gotin' gains then things would, uh would maybe uh... oh just check out Oliver Bullough's book Moneyland & read on...  :( Oh...maybe that Tim Davie dude  is the culprit heah...  ???
