I heard them on 13745kHz the other day with such a good signal I figured it was a relay. I had them at a solid S8 signal with almost no fading for almost the entire broadcast.

I heard them the other day on this frequency also. Probably about an S6 or there about.
Not good enough to suspect a relay though.
