Thanks for the Friday night memories. CKLW was my first Canadian station heard in 1964. At one time I had their QSL from 1965 before I started listening to shortwave.  :)

Do Canadian stations still have to play 75% Canadian content on the air? They ought to play the Guess Who's cover of "Shakin' All Over". It's not the Johnny Kidd original, but Johnny Kidd and the Pirates were a tough act to follow.

It appears as it is more so along the line of 35%, but yes, I seem to recall as well that it used to be far greater than this.

Signal faded out to unreadable but enough of it to ID Jim Edwards as DJ for broadcast station relay.
