Some more of these odd CW transmissions noted. Tough copy here, but it opened with VVV VVV DE FAV22 FAV22 repeated, QLH 6825 KHZ.  Also some French thrown in, like "VITESSE ANNONCEES"

Also similar CW reported by others on #wunclub IRC on 23146.5 this morning but not heard here. This was also heard back in December on 6914.5 as MCW, and I am hearing it periodically on 6915 CW this morning. So these may all be related. Training exercises?

Apparently FAV22 is an M51 callsign.
