Strong signal. Communications seems to be in russian or in ukrainian. Can somebody ID and/or translate this? Or maybe it is just a common amateur band operator signal.

This is the frequency of the Russia-Ukraine “radio war”. Stations on this frequency play programming in support of their countries. Rurik Radio from Ukraine is commonly heard here (if you check in the “other” category you will see loggings of this station). This has been going on constantly since the annexation of Crimea. While this frequency is in a amateur band these stations do not identify with call signs and may or many not have a license anyway. They are generally considered pests by amateur radio operators because they make this frequency unusable.
Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Sony ICF-2010 with a 25 meter (80 ft) longwire antenna in a tree.
