Just found *this* on 1545 - What is going on with the station? it seems to be popping up everywhere

What does it sound like? Waterfall is kind of reminiscent of the buzzer on 4625.

Buzzer was exactly the same as on the primary freq of 4625 - right down to the timing. Unable to explain *why* it happened - Any ideas?
