Undercover Radio 6945 DRM mode 0030z UTC 2/3/2013

Strong carrier noted on at 0000z with what looks and sounds like a DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale) signal.  Unfortunately I'm not having any luck decoding it.

Finally, I'm able to decode this at 0054z!  It's Undercover Radio!  My first pirate DRM capture!!

I noticed a faint carrier on 6945 at this time on the SDR recording, but that's it.
