By chance I came across a man (in American accented English) calling for "any station" on 6910 KHz USB at 2022 UTC. He self-ID'd as KGD34 (phonetically). This should be SHARES NCC in Arlington VA. It does not appear he made contact with anyone. Thanks to Chris S. for research.
