European MW pirates should be logged in European Pirates and Private Stations.
Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Sony ICF-2010 with an 11 meter inverted V antenna.

... It should be reported in the Europe section IF the pirate is an IDed or presumed European. There's been a very occasional pirate (s?) playing oldies and adult standards heard widely across eastern NA the last few years. It's reported strong enough by some inland NA DXers that I would doubt it's Netherlands or other European. But for people receiving fringe signals, perhaps it's reasonable to include Europe in one's considerations but be uncertain. So perhaps it's fair game to report it here given the question mark that was included. After several years, it'd be awesome to get a handle on the 1620 activity!
