So Mud Duck is the beacons name.  What I heard last night was a long dash followed by a 6-7 sec space.
I have been hearing a beacon that was a  faster rate maybe a dash per second.  But for the past two evenings and early in the
morning hours when I get up to take a wiz I have heard a beacon with the space and long dash that I mentioned.

What is the history of Mud Duck?

I am hearing it on a KFS kiwi. My earliest record of hearing Mud Duck seems to be in April

EDIT: I now see that I added it to the active Beacon list on Jan 31, 2022

Another Edit: It seems I logged it the first time on January 1st   https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,91059.msg291212.html#msg291212
