Can hear Op talking but cannot understand them.
2:24 - 2:51 ut Blusegrass Music - Still cnnot understand Op
2:51 ut Clear BOR ID  Sig still at S4 - S5 w/ rare S6 peaks

3:09 ut 6930 USB  Lighthouse Song"  Steady S6 - much stronger more clear audio than AM sig
3:09 - 3:52  ut bluegrass music Sig holding out really well mostly S5 - S6, Rare S7

Tuned in at 3:45 utc to bluegrass music. Much less noise than earlier tonight BOR's signal coming in pretty well...S4 nice & clear & the music is sounding good.

I actually heard this one clearly!  I was north visiting family, so clear of my usual big city QTH.  I flipped to the pirate band and boom!  Caught just a hint of bluegrass-type music, then more spacey instrumentals and synthesized YL talk.  At least one clear Blue Ocean Radio ID in there, though it was hard to tune the signal in properly, frequency-wise.  I kept being a smidgeon off.  SIO 323-333 anyhow.
