Hearing Happy Birthday, some speech, modulation is all over place, it sounds like mabey a voicebox is being used so tuning it a little tricky

Sycko Radio 6925.35 4/20/9 1:17 sio232 started out a while back just above the noise, but is now pretty legible, Sycko having a QSO with someone who sounds very familiar, maybe on the phone

I heard the ID Radio Java International at 0124 EST. That phone call has got to be some of the worst SSB audio that has ever been transmitted!

They are also broadcasting some SSTV, but its a bit hard to decode when they play music over it... I agree fansome I do believe it was sycko radio he was talking to since a dedication was just made to it.

I have heard Sycko talk to that person on the phone before, but it's been a long time ago. I just can't recall who it was.

The frequency, just a bit above 6925, is usually a giveaway that it's Sycko.
