6925 USB SIO 323-322

Decent to fair signal with fading conditions.

03:54z came on with unknown tune
04:10z QRM from carrier of another station (2nd station off @ 05:42z)
04:17z XFM ID & off

They were apparently using some sort of DSB modulation.
