This is Radio Channel 292 from Germany. People can buy airtime on this station and it will air their programming. It is a legal station, not a pirate.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

1839 DJ (known voice : Radio City), pop by W, 1844 ID, "Angelina", 1847 ID

No relay scheduled at this time on Channel 292, but Radio City is among the usual ones.
Unscheduled hours on Channel 292 are places for surprises.

Of course duh, it's channel 292, I listen to the station regularly, was scanning the usual pirate frequency areas and dunno why I thought this was a pirate

Yeah definitely full of surprises Ray. I was listening the other day and there was this really weird stuff it sounded like something taken from an old film or something, but it felt like it was almost designed to make you think you were going crazy or something. Weird music , sound samples and then a voice saying something about  men in white coats coming to take you away. It was kinda amusing but at same time pretty disturbing really. Did anyone else hear the same?

Ahh ok, I'll check it out on YouTube, I think the fact that the signal was really bad lot's of static from thunder etc made it seem worse. I briefly thought I had completely lost the plot or something, lol!
