I think he said from Arnhem was kinda Schlager type music playing before now 2029 another station is overpowering I think as I can hear something else in background.

Exact frequency is 7424.87 kHz. S9+10 with the Northwest Ireland KiwiSDR. Bad QRM from CRI on 7415 kHz and a heterodyne on 7425.00 kHz. NHK in French via Madagascar came on at 2029 UTC obliterating it.

2026 UTC-Unknown Dutch Music
2028 UTC-Talk in Dutch
2029 UTC-NHK via Madagascar now at S9+35

Based on the frequency and offset I think this is Radio Piepzender.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.
