UNID Carrier and then dashes 6955 0321 UTC 15 Feb 2013
« on: February 15, 2013, 1348 UTC »
Carrier signed on at 0321 UTC. S8 to S9 signal at first, then down to S3 when it seemed to go off the air at 0450z, vs just fading out completely. No modulation detected.

Then a series of dashes was noted starting at 0549 UTC, spaced about every 20 seconds. This continued to about 0532 UTC. The signal strength was consistent with the previous carrier, and the carrier frequency of the dashes was the same - 6954.998 kHz.
