Galei Zahal - Israel Defence Forces Radio, is a broadcast station operating out of Israel. It plays a variety of material, including popular music. It is occasionally heard on 6973 AM, where it is often mistaken for a pirate. Occasionally it will drift off frequency, and has been observed operating on 6970 at times.
