Japan only - SLPR - Specified Low Power Radio. UHF low power radio service, for personal use. UHF 420-440 MHz bands. Very limited power (10 milliwatts), similar in scope to LPD433.

Japan's 351 MHz digital radio service (which allows for 5 watts power) is closer in function to FRS, GMRS, PMR446, Thailand's 245 MHz VHF CB service, Philippines' 325 MHz Short Range Radio Service, the 350 MHz Short Range Radio system in India and UHF CB.
