WTWW (We Transmit Worldwide) is a shortwave station located in Lebanon, Tennessee. It broadcasts on 5085, 5920, 9475, and 9930 kHz at different times of day.
The station was fully licensed in 2010 and initially used a heavily-used transmitter donated by KNLS, a Christian station in Alaska. It has been plagued by equipment problems throughout its existence. Since its first sign-on it has broadcast religious material, with one notable exception. From 2018 to 2022, the station was home to lead engineer Ted Randall’s The Big One on 5085, an oldies program featuring veteran disc jokes and voiceover artists.
After Randall left the station in November of 2022, the station briefly shut down before returning to the air broadcasting only religious material, such as Scriptures for America and Brother Stair’s Overcomer Ministry, with transmitter 1 being reserved for the latter:
| Transmitter 1 (Brother Stair) | Transmitter 2 | |
|---|---|---|
| Day | 9930 | 9475 |
| Night | 5920 | 5085 |
Like other shortwave stations, WTWW sells airtime, with its rate being $90/hour ($81 per hour if one purchases ahead of time).
