Andrew Yoder

From HFUnderground

Andrew Yoder is a long time pirate DXer, whose contributions appeared regularly in the ACE. He has been less visible in the hobby in the last decade, but still appears on the FRN and at Winterfest from time to time. In the early 1990's, Yoder got The Knock and was busted for operating a famous station, Radio USA.

Andy, left, upon his entrance at the 2002 Winterfest.
