Happy Halloween is a pirate radio station that has been heard since 2003 and as recently as 2007. It is usally heard around Halloween, but has been reported at other times of the year. Programming usually consists of various spooky sounds, music, theme music from the X-Files TV show, and sound clips such as "the mean man is going to get you".
