Carlo Bellabarba

Carlo Bellabarba aka Giovanni Bellabarba[1] is an Italian QSL Whore who has been known to send out bogus reception reports for QSLs to stations he normally wouldn't hear. He has been active for many years, and has been known to target both European and North American shortwave pirate stations with bogus reports.

Some reports indicate that Giovanni and Carlo are father and son. His/their attempts to obtain QSLs through bogus reception reports have inspired at least one pirate station, known as KGB Radio. KGB in this case stood for Kill Giovanni Bellabarba.
