This Russian military commandment network sends "Monolith" type messages from Mikron-79 and Uha-12. (Russian: Микрон-79 and Уха-12). The signal was first encountered on October 4th, 2018 and have since logged several transmissions including "Monolith" messages and standard network reception checks. An uncommon detail of this network is that they also use the lower sideband of 4574kHz whereas typically only one (usually upper) sideband is utilised. Aeronautical positioning and navigational information is also relayed between ground and air units on this channel in both upper and lower sidebands. It seems that Uha-12 has superceded Mikron-79 as the central operator of this network, Mikron-79 has not in fact been heard on this frequency since Uha-12 began transmitting here.

After sending messages, the operator will check reception of the message with several units, confirming their receipt with the word "квитанция" (receipt). This network, although very active whilst in service, was temporary and no activity has been observed since October 26th, 2018 giving a total length of service of just 22 days.

An uncommon detail of this network is that they also use the lower sideband of 4574 kHz whereas typically only one (usually upper) sideband is utilized. Aeronautical positioning and navigational information is also relayed between ground and air units on this channel in both upper and lower sidebands. It seems that Uha-12 has superseded Mikron-79 as the central operator of this network, Mikron-79 has not in fact been heard on this frequency since Uha-12 began transmitting here.

After sending messages, the operator will check reception of the message with several units, confirming their receipt with the word "квитанция" (receipt). This station is part of the Southern Military District network and shares common units with S32 (Squeaky Wheel) in that S32 sends for Yahta-94/Яхта-94 and this station sends for Yahta-18/Яхта-18.

This network can be particularly busy with central callsign Uha-12, with an operator for Uha-12 sometimes working the upper sideband of 4574kHz whilst another works the lower sideband simultaneously as heard below
