"The Air Horn" is a Russian military commandment network that began operation on February 3, 2017. So far, apart from test counts and other technical tests, it has not been heard with any actual traffic. Multilateration attempts seem to point towards the Smolensk area, which would imply that it is part of the Western Military District.
On the night of December 7, 2018, the channel marker of the Goose, also seemingly located in the Smolensk area, could be heard faintly leaking under the Air Horn, as well as under the Buzzer.
