TYT TH-9000D aka Retevis RT-9000D aka Baofeng BF-9900 and probably a dozen others (note the similarity to the AnyTone AT-588 series). 66-88 MHz VHF FM transceiver mobile car radio 70 MHz band 4 meter mobile radio RT-9000 VHFL VHF low band VHF mid band 66.0000 to 88.0000 MHz coverage. 60 watts transmit power output, voice inversion scrambling, 1024 DCS codes, 50 CTCSS tones, DTMF selective calling, 25K wide band FM 20K0F3E, 20K mid band FM 16K0F3E and 12K narrow band FM 11K0F3E emission bandwidth deviation. 200 channel memory, 2.5/5/6.25/10/12.5/15/20/25/30/50kHz 2.5 kHz, 5 kHz, 6.25 kHz, 10 kHz, 12.5 kHz, 15 kHz, 20 kHz, 30 kHz and 50 kHz channel step, etc.

This family of radios are sold worldwide, with various versions covering 66-88 MHz, 136-174 MHz, 220-260 MHz or 400-490 MHz.
