Radio Dead Man was a shortwave pirate radio station active in the mid to late 1980s. Program content consisted of new wave and rock music, with parody commercials and other entertaining sound bytes. The station claimed to be operating "the most power radio transmitter in the world." Radio Dead Man used the Johnson City maildrop.

Radio Dead Man is mentioned in jta's show "Talkin' 'bout Pirates" (c. 1985) and show excerpts were featured. Some airchecks of Radio Dead Man are known to be in limited circulation.
