The Roman Numerals Numbers Station was active for a brief period in the early 00s. Probably a numbers station parody, broadcasts consisted of a robot-like voice reciting Roman numerals, such as "X", "I", "V", "C", in the same manner as other numbers stations reciting Arabic numerals, such as "1", "2", "3", and so on. Although the station was never formally IDed, it was conjectured that this was the same station responsible for MIDI Radio.
