WMOE is a pirate station that has been occasionally active since the early part of the 21st century. The host is Moe Howard, of Three Stooges fame, and the station's theme music is taken from the old Three Stooges films. Program material is usually music, interspersed with humorous material, and brief humorous audio clips from Stooges films, Winterfest, and other sources. WMOE has also produced shows for special occasions, notably an Irish-themed show for St. Patrick's day. Moe can be heard occasionally in clips aired by WHYP, apparently begging for help with his broadcasts: "Please help me; I don't know what I'm doing".
