Yes sir, very much agreed although I talked with an amateur station about 45 minutes ago in Ireland on 40 meters. Oh how I do love the HF bands, let me count the frequencies... LOL.
0730Z, hearing bluegrass music. The band just isn't cooperating with me tonight. I am receiving you in rolls if that makes any sense.
0745Z, I heard a very clear Grizzly Bear Shortwave ID and an email address but lost part of it. Was that cajun singing or eskimo? LOL.
0752Z, signal bumped up to S5. Playing some cajun music. Great, now I am craving some boiled peanuts. LOL.
0801Z, clear "you're listening to Grizzly Bear Shortwave" and into more cajun styled music. Signal is much better but there are some deep fades at times. Darn it, and I have to go to bed. I have to be up in 4 hours! GBS<wink>, you are awesome! I hope to hear you again very soon. One last thing, I switched to my homebuilt vertical and it seems to be receiving less noise than the longwire or inverted v. I will definitely play around with the 3 antennas again tonight. Take care bro!

Heard in AM at 0439z for about a minute with a fairly good signal when the signal peaked, then it faded out. Weakly heard again around 0446z, but just barely above the noise floor.
