S6ish signal but lots of noise and fading via the NA5B SDR south of Washington, D.C. ...

UTC: "Life Is a Rock (But the Radio Rolled Me)" by Reunion.
UTC: OM on the mic, but I can't hear much of it through the noise.
UTC: OM still talking, but I'm only hearing bits of it.
UTC: "Bang the Drum All Day" by Todd Rundgren. I think I'm also hearing interfering peskies.
UTC: OM on mic again, still down in the noise.
UTC: The talking is now even with the noise; sounds like two guys chatting on technical stuff?
UTC: "The Confessor" by Joe Walsh.
UTC: OM on the mic again, maybe a Sycko Radio ID at 0111 UTC?
