Radio Free Whatever, 1-23-14, 0055-0145*, S4 to S7 here at 0055 with heavy babbling qrm from spanish speaking station.  copy is not good.  ID at 0057.  seems to be the same show i heard last nite.  the babbling qrm'er is now taking a breath at 0117.  Signal has picked-up, occasionally hitting S9 +5 at 0122.  Back to S4-7 at 0130.  In and just barely above the noise now at 0143.  Off at 0145.

Started off strong at sign on 0047, ID, talk about transmitter, t-shirts, etc. "Panic Station" by Muse, then faded out completely during the next song.

01:26 just tuned into music Good S78 signal and audio is good as well

Just tuned in at 01:44 UTC
S5, AM audio not very good, but best in USB with 4.0-KHz bandwidth.
Audio gone then carrier off 01:46 UTC.
