0212 On with beeping tones, OM "Citizens of Earth, this is a test of the Orbital Mind Control Satellite. Do not be alarmed. Return indoors. This is just a test of the orbital mind control satellite."

0213 Buzzing sound, OM again. "…observing your planet. Very soon, we shall be in contact with you. Orbital Mind Control Satellite has taken over control of your shortwave radios.

0215 Beeping, "You're listening to a test of the Orbital Mind Control Satellite.. do not be alarmed citizens of Earth, soon you will be able to live a comfortable life without having to think about anything… Orbital Mind Control Satellite has come to free you… you have not experienced anything in the past 5 minutes."

0218 "Citizens of Earth, Orbital Mind Control Satellite will be here very soon, to not be alarmed. The prices of all goods will come down. You will live lives of extraordinary opulence. "

0219 "Black dogs eating mulberries, that is your code word"

0221 YL "This is a test of the Orbital Mind Control Satellite, do not be alarmed."

0223 OM "From somewhere deep in the Crab Nebula, this is Orbital Mind Control Satellite testing to Earth. "

0224 "Orbital Mind Control Satellite landing soon… prepare yourselves citizens of Earth., the time is near, get all your wordily possessions together and burn them. You will no longer need them once Orbital Mind Control Satellite has taken over. "

I'm curious - I see OMCS listed in the hfunderground.com/wiki but nothing else found doing an internet search. 

Any information/legend on this station?
