Some unknown quanties

May 29  Time 1457 utc  started hearing what sounded like someone tuning up/keying
a transmitter but with very intermittent key contacts , that is the best way I can describe it.
Maybe a beacon will show up...

Interesting Tesla, I have heard similar signals before. Semi regular "chirpy" tones?
