Sounds like a re-broadcast of the Voice of Korea program announcing the death of the Dear Leader.

Now some SSTV is being sent:

Heard this at S3 in part around 2335 while cooking dinner.  Heard the SSTV, but didn't have any capture on, so thanks guys!

Came back from walking my dog to hear closing anthem, SSTV and s/off at 0114
Good signal!

Was copying a SSTV image showing what was a soldier bending over, but a third of the way through the picture went blank and the auto save, didn't.
Audio was very weak to not readable.

Heard the Voice of Korea on 13760 & 15180 here (S5 & S3, respectively). Recorded 29 minutes of them from a Perseus in Japan on 7220.

They were giving a long tribute to their Dear Leader. Music, tribute, more music.   ::)

(yeah, not pirate, but same topic).

Wonder who was sending the SSTV images ...  ???
