I might have been picking it up via ECSS instead of stricly USB.

Sounded like there might have been SSTV transmissions at a similar signal level a few minutes later. Possibly unrelated, though.

SDR recording catch. 0340 sign on with 99 Luftballoons boobs parody (so maybe Big Boobs Radio?), definitely an AM signal.  I wonder if this was the UNID I had the night before, same time, frequency, and signal strength.
