I first heard it at 6940, but I found its stronger at 6943. I heard it just now.

Now there's still the dash, but some weird ass bursts. Short short short...with a long one at the end. Its on and off.  It sounds like it might contain digital computer data, I'm not familliar with the different types.

Link 11 does not always sound the same, it varies quite a bit depending on what data is being carried and how many nodes are active in the network.

That Link 11 sounded like the weird ass bursts alright.  But what about the dash?  The dash was there before Link 11 and is still there now.
