Two OM speaking Sudanese. Good signal, S9 + 20, some fades and interference.

What you copied was actually a VOA/IBB broadcast - not a clandestine - interesting catch though.  This was via SMG Vatican City and is on for 30 minutes twice a day 9pm 10pm and 6am Darfur time.
